Couples interested in being married or having a civil marriage blessed should contact the Vicar. You can expect to join in a series of conversations beforehand to plan the service and to explore a Christian understanding of marriage. Some form of marriage preparation or counseling is also required by the Episcopal Church.
We are happy to marry divorced persons, but we will need the consent of the Bishop of Connecticut. To be married in the Episcopal Church, one member of the couple must be a baptized Christian of any Christian tradition.
Fees varry depending on the services requirted and whether those incolved are active members of the church.
