Women's Retreat

This annual fall event was begun by the women of St. John’s by the Sea and continues to grow. It is a weekend designed to heal the heart, mind and spirit of the attendees. It features fellowship, good food, hikes/nature walks, visits to farm animals, snacks, jigsaw puzzles, games and laughter, all in the rustic setting of the Incarnation Center in Ivoryton, CT.

This year’s theme is “HOPE” and we will be led by Sarah Guterman and Joanne Halstead. The cost of attendance is $225 for food and lodging. Please register online or pick up a registration form from the Church office. Please act quickly as SPACE IS LIMITED TO A MAXIMUM OF 20 WOMEN.

You may register online and then send your confirmation email and payment to the church office or make an online payment through PayPal (please add $3 for the PayPal processing fee). To pay via PayPal use the Church’s email address, holyspiritwh@snet.net, and put “Retreat 2024” and your email address in the comments.

If you wish to pay by check, our Church Office is at 28 Church Street, West Haven, CT 06516. When paying by check, please make them payable to “Church of the Holy Spirit” and put “Retreat 2024” in the memo space.
