              Admission to the NYC Botanical Gardens- The Tram is not just a great way to get around the Garden’s 250 acres—it is also a narrated tour that offers an overview of the Garden, its history and programs. Hop off and explore at any of the four stops. On view at the Garden will be a special exhibit, Monet’s Garden.  The exhibit pays tribute to Monet and his inspiration through his flowers.  See spectacular seasonal exhibitions inside a landmark glasshouse that also features a tropical rain forest and cactus-filled desert with plants that can be seen nowhere else in New York.  Explore 50-diverse gardens and plant collections across 250 acres of year-round beauty.  Enjoy exciting hands-on activities for the entire family in two gardens designed especially for children that connects plants and people.  Discover the 50-acre Native Forest, Rock Garden, Home Gardening Center and so much more during daily tours and programs

              A visit to the Cloisters, the medieval outpost of the Metropolitan Museum of Art overlooks the Hudson River; it is a deeply relaxing and spiritual place. The Cloisters is devoted to the art and architecture of medieval Europe. We will have a docent led tour through the Cloisters.

              Leisure time for shopping on Arthur Avenue. Little Italy dates back to a time when thousands of immigrants came through Ellis Island. Nearly 100-years later, the passion for good food continues with the wonderful neighborhood food shops and restaurants.

The cost of the trip is $90.  This trip is run by a tour company and will not be just “church folks & friends” unless we can fill the bus. Family and friends are welcome to join us, let’s try to fill the bus!  This also means that the trip will not be cancelled for lack of people signed up.   Sign up as soon as possible as the bus company will also be selling space for this trip; payment-in-full is due by April 15.   A $20 deposit will be required.
